Bocote

Bocote is native to Mexico, Central America, and the West Indies. It is sometimes referred to as Mexican rosewood.

This is another of our woods, like Zirocote, that has unpredictable grain patterns and color.  It features a wide range of grain patterns from straight to wild, with curved lines and swirls. The color ranges from golden brown to tan to golden yellow.
