INTERNET ORDERING USING THIS WEBSITE :

Hopefully, this website will be easy to use.  We'll need to know who you are and what you are ordering.  The who you are part is fairly easy ... just fill out the customer information found on the LOG IN page.  A new customer will not have a Returning Customer log in ... just click on the NEW HERE? question to begin entering your account information.     After your account is complete, you can use the shopping cart to add items for purchase.  Don't worry about making a mistake, you can delete or change any item you've put into your cart until you're ready to check out.

If you have already filled out our website form, then you just need to log into the website with your appropriate user-id and password using the Log-in button at the top left of each screen or ClickHere. 

We accept several different methods of payment:

• Credit cards - Master Card and Visa only
• Personal or Business checks
• Money orders
• Purchase Orders and Invoices (for established accounts only)

If you pay by check or money order we will hold your shipment until we have received payment. 

The Checkout Process :

Once you have selected your items into your shopping cart, click the checkout button.  There will be three steps to completing your order:

• Shipping Selection - choices about shipping your order
• Payment Selection - choices about your payment method
• Address Selection - verification of the shipping address

After the third step, you will be asked to SUBMIT your order by pressing the submit button at the bottom right of the order screen.

ORDER CONFIRMATION :

Once you have submitted your INTERNET order through the three steps of checkout on our website, you will see a "Thank you message" screen with your order number.  Using the e-mail address you specified in your account information, we will automatically send you a confirming order email with the details of your order details and payment information.  If you do not receive confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours, please call us to verify your order. 

Please note, your payment information on the e-mail will NOT have any account numbers or private information. 

SHIPPING:

We make every attempt to ship within 3 business days of order confirmation. Please note our regularly scheduled shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

As usual, there are exceptions.  Some of our items are custom made and, therefore, are not stocked but made to order.  An order for FramedArt, WoodArt or WallCrosses will most likely be custom made.  These orders take approximately four to six weeks for delivery.  We usually are able to ship earlier during the year but as we get closer to the Holidays, our backlog in the shop extends.  Large orders consisting of 100+ HoldingCrosses or mixed product orders valued over $1,000 usually require additional handling and several extra days to stage and ship.  Finally, not all of our exotic woods are available all of the time.  Sometimes, you may order a wood that is in short supply or we are waiting for delivery from our supplier. If that occurs, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer suggestions / alternatives.

We use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail for nearly all of our shipping services and our Shipping and Handling Fees used for calculating your order totals are based on the USPS services.  

All orders must be paid in full before shipment is made.

PRIORITY HANDLING and EXPRESS SHIPPING:

You may want to have priority handling for your order and express shipping.  If you request priority handling via the website or by phone, there is a PRIORITY HANDLING fee of $20.00 and we will process your order on the same day as the order was placed.  

Should you require your order to arrive overnight or by a specified date or be delivered by a specific carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL), please let us know.  We will do all we can to accommodate your request.  Additional EXPRESS SHIPPING fees will apply and we will inform you prior to shipping.  Please note that FEDEX overnight shipping is expensive - usually more than $50.00 even for a single HoldingCross.  

Same day service applies for orders placed before noon (central) Monday, thru Friday (excluding holidays).

GIFT CARD OR PERSONAL NOTE:

We are more than happy to enclose a personal note with your order.  Just let us know in the special handling message box during step 2 of the checkout process what you want us to write on your behalf.
